1General Terms and Conditions

5Gaming Rules

• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the outcome will be determined based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection.

6Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the gaming system (which should be reported to support immediately).
• Credit card chargebacks or use of fraudulent payment methods.

7Account Closure & Suspension

999xbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted country.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. In such cases, any eligible balance (excluding bonus funds) will be available for withdrawal. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the specified period has ended.
